Which bin do I actually need?

Most people overthink this, and a lot of companies happily sell you a bigger bin than you need. Answer three questions and we'll point you at the right one.

1. What's the job?
2. How big is the space you're clearing?
3. Is there a lot of heavy material in it?
We'd put you in a 20 Yard20′ L × 8′ W × 4′ H

Roomy enough for a full-home declutter without paying for air you won't use.

How it works

Three steps. That's the whole thing.

1

Call, text or book online

Tell us what you're throwing out and where you are. We'll confirm the right size, give you a flat price on the spot, and lock in a delivery window.

2

We drop the bin

Driver texts when he's on the way, lays boards under the rollers, and places the bin exactly where you point. Takes about ten minutes.

3

Fill it, we haul it

Take your time inside your rental window. When you're done, one call and it's gone. Scale ticket and invoice land in your inbox the same day.

What we haul

From a single garage
to a full demolition.

Same trucks, same drivers, same flat-rate pricing whether you're a homeowner clearing out a basement or a GC running three sites at once.

Residential Bins

Renos, spring cleanouts, garages, basements and move-outs. Boards down on every driveway, and a driver who'll place the bin exactly where you want it.

Why people stick with us

Bin rental shouldn't be this hard.

Nobody enjoys chasing a dispatcher who won't call back, or opening an invoice with three fees nobody mentioned. We built the whole operation around not doing that.

Same-day when you need it

Order before 2pm and there's a very good chance the bin is on your driveway by dinner.

The price we quote is the price

Flat rate covers delivery, pickup, tonnage and the full rental window. We'll tell you up front what could change it.

We protect your driveway

Boards go down under the rollers on every residential drop. Included, not an upsell.

A real person answers

You get a dispatcher who knows the trucks and the routes, not an overseas call centre reading a script.

Swap-outs that actually happen

Full bin gone and an empty one in place, usually same day. Contractors live and die by this.

Scale tickets with every invoice

You see exactly what your load weighed. No mystery line items, ever.

Protective boards laid under a roll-off bin on a residential driveway
The driveway promise

Your driveway will look exactly
the way we found it.

A loaded roll-off bin can weigh more than a small car, and it sits in one spot for weeks. That's how driveways end up cracked, gouged or stained, and it's the single thing homeowners worry about most when they call us.

  • Protective boards go down first, under every roller, on every residential drop. No charge, no asking.
  • Drivers place by hand signal. You point, they put it exactly there.
  • Fresh asphalt or interlock? We'll walk the drive with you and suggest a safer spot before anything comes off the truck.
  • Seven years, zero resurfacing claims. We'd rather spend ten minutes on placement than a weekend on repairs.
Accepted materials

What can go in the bin

Contaminated loads get charged back by the transfer station, so this list genuinely saves you money. If something isn't here, call and ask. We'd rather tell you first.

Goes straight in

  • Household junk, furniture and mattresses
  • Renovation debris: drywall, lumber, trim
  • Flooring, carpet, underlay and tile
  • Roofing shingles and felt
  • Yard waste, branches, sod and soil
  • Concrete, brick, asphalt and clean fill
  • Appliances (freon removed first)
  • Scrap metal, piping and fixtures
  • Cardboard, packaging and office clear-outs

Mattresses & electronics are accepted but carry a small per-item fee set by the transfer station, and we'll quote it before pickup.

Can't take these

  • Paint, solvents, oil and chemicals
  • Asbestos or anything containing it
  • Propane tanks and pressurised cylinders
  • Car and truck tires
  • Batteries of any kind
  • Fridges and A/C units with freon still in them
  • Medical or biohazard waste
  • Liquids of any kind, including fuel

Got something on this list? Call us anyway. We know which depots take what, and we'll point you to the right one for free.

Sixty-three reviews.
Every one of them five stars.

“Called at 8am, bin was in my driveway before noon. Driver dropped boards down first so my new interlock didn't get scratched. Price was exactly what he quoted on the phone. No surprise fees when the invoice came.”

D Dave M.Etobicoke · 20 yard

“We did a full kitchen gut and had no idea what size we needed. They talked me through it instead of just upselling me the biggest bin. Ended up with the 14 and it was perfect.”

P Priya S.Mississauga · 14 yard

“I run three reno crews and I've used most of the bin companies in the GTA. These guys are the only ones who actually answer the phone on a Saturday. Swap-outs are usually same day.”

M Marco R.Vaughan · contractor account

“Cleared out my dad's garage after 30 years. Pickup was on time, the yard called to confirm the day before, and they even took the old paint cans to a proper depot for me.”

J Jen T.Scarborough · 10 yard

“Roofing tear-off, two layers, 28 squares. They knew exactly what tonnage I'd be at and warned me before I went over. Saved me a few hundred bucks in overage.”

K Kyle B.Brampton · 30 yard

“Booked online at 11pm on a Sunday and got a text back first thing Monday. Bin was dropped Tuesday. Clean bin too, not the rusted-out junk the last company brought.”

Questions

The things people ask us most

How quickly can I get a bin delivered?

Most orders placed before 2:00pm get same-day delivery, and anything after that is usually next morning. During spring and fall, our busiest stretch, we recommend booking a day or two out for a guaranteed window.

What's actually included in the flat rate?

Delivery, pickup, the disposal tonnage listed for that bin size, and the full rental period. There is no fuel surcharge, no environmental fee and no per-day charge inside your rental window. The only thing that can push the price up is going over your weight allowance or putting prohibited items in the bin.

What happens if I go over the weight limit?

Overage is billed at $95 per additional ton, prorated. Every load is weighed at the transfer station and we send you the scale ticket with your invoice so you can see exactly what you threw out. If we think you're heading for an overage, the driver will usually flag it before pickup.

Will the bin damage my driveway?

We lay protective boards under the rollers on every residential drop at no charge. Roll-off bins are heavy, so on fresh asphalt (under 12 months) or decorative interlock we'll talk through placement with you first. In seven years we've never had to resurface a customer's driveway.

How much room do I need for delivery?

Roughly 60 feet of straight clearance for the truck plus the bin, about 10 feet of width, and no low branches or wires under 22 feet. If you're tight on space, send us a photo of the driveway and we'll tell you honestly whether it will fit before you book.

Do I need a permit?

Not if the bin sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to go on the street or a boulevard you'll need a street occupation permit from your municipality. We'll tell you which office to call and what to ask for. It's usually a same-week turnaround.

Need a bin on site today?

Call and you'll talk to a real dispatcher, not a call centre. Tell us what you're throwing out and we'll put the right bin in your driveway, often the same day.
