Delivery windows
When your bin actually shows up
We run three delivery waves a day. You get a two-hour window the night before and a text from the driver when he's on the way.
Early wave
6:00am – 9:00am. The one contractors want. Bin is on site before the crew arrives so nobody loses a morning waiting on a truck.
Midday wave
11:00am – 2:00pm. Most residential drops land here. Order before 2:00pm and this is usually the same-day slot you'll get.
Late wave
3:00pm – 7:00pm. Good if you're working during the day and want to be home when the bin lands. Weekends included.
Emergency and after-hours placement is available for site shutdowns, flood cleanups and
insurance work. Call the dispatch line any time. If a truck can roll, it will.
