Clear the path
Move cars, bins and basketball nets. The truck needs about 60 feet of straight approach and 10 feet of width.
The questions we get asked every day, answered properly, including the ones about money. If yours isn't here, call or text and ask a human.
Most orders placed before 2:00pm get same-day delivery, and anything after that is usually next morning. During spring and fall, our busiest stretch, we recommend booking a day or two out for a guaranteed window.
Delivery, pickup, the disposal tonnage listed for that bin size, and the full rental period. There is no fuel surcharge, no environmental fee and no per-day charge inside your rental window. The only thing that can push the price up is going over your weight allowance or putting prohibited items in the bin.
Overage is billed at $95 per additional ton, prorated. Every load is weighed at the transfer station and we send you the scale ticket with your invoice so you can see exactly what you threw out. If we think you're heading for an overage, the driver will usually flag it before pickup.
We lay protective boards under the rollers on every residential drop at no charge. Roll-off bins are heavy, so on fresh asphalt (under 12 months) or decorative interlock we'll talk through placement with you first. In seven years we've never had to resurface a customer's driveway.
Roughly 60 feet of straight clearance for the truck plus the bin, about 10 feet of width, and no low branches or wires under 22 feet. If you're tight on space, send us a photo of the driveway and we'll tell you honestly whether it will fit before you book.
Not if the bin sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to go on the street or a boulevard you'll need a street occupation permit from your municipality. We'll tell you which office to call and what to ask for. It's usually a same-week turnaround.
Yes. Swap-outs are our most-requested service from contractors. Call before noon and we'll usually have the full bin gone and a fresh one in place the same day. You're only charged for the bins you actually fill.
No hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, asbestos, propane tanks, tires, batteries, or appliances containing freon. Mattresses and electronics are accepted but carry a small per-item surcharge set by the transfer station. When in doubt, call. It's cheaper than a contaminated-load fee.
Yes, but heavy material goes in a dedicated 10 or 14 yard bin and must be clean: concrete, brick and soil only, no wood or garbage mixed in. Clean fill is often cheaper to dispose of than mixed waste, so tell us up front and we'll price it accordingly.
E-transfer, credit card or cheque. Residential bookings are paid on delivery; approved contractor and property-management accounts are billed net 30 with a monthly statement.
Do these and your delivery takes ten minutes instead of forty.

Low branches and hydro lines under 22 feet will stop the drop. A quick trim beforehand saves a wasted trip.
A cone, a chalk X or a photo texted to dispatch. Saves guessing if you're not home when the driver arrives.
Dense material on the bottom and spread flat. Keeps the load legal and stops the bin from sitting lopsided.
Call and you'll talk to a real dispatcher, not a call centre. Tell us what you're throwing out and we'll put the right bin in your driveway, often the same day.
